What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Overseeing multiple research projects, ensuring high-quality insights and seamless execution.
✅ Leading and mentoring a team, helping junior colleagues grow and develop.
✅ Managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering engaging presentations.
✅ Driving team efficiency, improving processes, and contributing to wider business initiatives.
✅ Applying advanced research methodologies, balancing analytical rigour with creative thinking.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3-4 years of experience in market research (or a similar field).
✔ Proven ability to lead and manage projects, from proposal to final delivery.
✔ Strong numerical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling insights.
✔ A natural leader—confident, collaborative, and inspiring to those around you.
✔ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
