Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality projects, ranging from smaller fast turnaround projects to complex, multi-year ones.
- Design quantitative and qualitative research strategies.
- Leading proposals and client relationships.
- Manage and mentor team members.
About the Team:
This team plays a crucial role in shaping government policy by delivering vital research in areas like Energy, Education, Early Years, and Housing. They work with prestigious clients, including the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (UK), the Department of Health and Social Care (NI), and other Northern Ireland public sector organisations.

An experienced researcher with a broad understanding of research and evaluation in Northern Ireland, particularly with expertise in collaborating with NI Government departments.
