Are you a Research Director (or an Associate Director stepping up) specialising in public sector or social research, looking to develop a dedicated team within an established agency?
 

  • £55,000 – £75,000
  • Mixed methods research experience essential
  • London, 3 days in the office, 2 from home 

 
This agency is the previous “Best Place to Work” award winner, recently becoming a certified B Corp which reflects the importance they place on their social and environmental impact and work as an employee owned business. They have a people-first approach and the culture really reflects this.
 
They are a highly respected boutique market research agency who are specialists in brand, communications and experience research. They deliver bespoke research across both commercial & public sector clients. They are consistently successful in winning not for profit business and remain on the government research framework.
 
Projects can span anything from creative development, comms, strategy & brand health so really varied with a lot of social purpose, so the work is truly impactful.
 
This role will give you the unique opportunity to use your skills to really drive an offering forward. They are looking to accelerate the growth of their public sector arm, therefore you will come in and plan, direct & manage both new & existing clients. You’ll also manage and train both existing and new team members, with support from the Partners.
