Are you passionate about live music and data? Do you excel at uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions? A leading live entertainment company is searching for a Research Director who has experience in Tableau dashboards to join their dynamic team in London.
 
About the Role
In this leadership position, you’ll:

• Translate data from diverse sources (e.g., surveys, ticket sales data, social media listening) into actionable insight led dashboards.
• Lead social media listening initiatives to capture trends, sentiment, and fan behavior.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders, including C-suite teams, to shape business strategies.
• Develop and execute custom research projects, blending quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Oversee a talented team of data analysts while collaborating with multiple departments to elevate fan engagement and event experiences.

 
What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in market research or consumer insights.
• Experience in building dashboards ideally in Tableau
• Familiarity with social media listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker).
• Excellent communication skills to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
• A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
