The Company:
They started life as one of the first small boutique’s but have grown considerably over recent years, winning multiple industry awards. They have 6 other offices globally and have forged a reputation for going “above and beyond” most other agencies.

They’re now about 80 people in London, however they still have the boutique feel & culture but with the support that comes with a slightly bigger agency.

The Role:
This role sits in their Social team where they work with a huge variety of clients such as Cancer Research UK, Mind charity, TfL, Public Health England & Drink Aware to name a few. TFL is their biggest client so a lot of work will be with them. This offers a huge variety, a recent project has been looking into safety whilst traveling around London for both women & the LGBTQ+ community. Another is looking into motivations for fair evading and how to handle these sensitive subjects.

As an RE, you’ll be trained in moderating IDI’s & focus groups, but also the likes of ethnography, accompanied journeys and online diaries too.

The work in this team genuinely makes an impact on people’s lives, there’s a lot of projects working with vulnerable audiences. These kinds of projects are spaced out so you’re not overloaded, but if you’re looking for social purpose work then this is it.

The Culture:
It’s a grown-up culture, they have a learning and development manager and run an annual happiness survey. Everyone below RM level is being trained on all of their digital approaches and everyone speaks really highly of the strategic projects that they get to work on there.

It’s a great chance for a junior research to gain experience in the social research world, in an environment that will focus on your development and career progression.
