📍 London (Hybrid) | £28,000–£33,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I’m partnering with a growing specialist healthcare research business that is looking to hire a Quantitative Research Executive to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their research career who wants to build strong quantitative experience within a highly specialist and intellectually interesting sector.
The role will focus predominantly on quantitative projects, supporting the delivery of research that helps clients understand the safety, performance and use of healthcare and medical products. You’ll be involved across the project lifecycle, from questionnaire design and fieldwork management through to analysis and reporting, with the opportunity to develop strong expertise in healthcare, medical devices and regulatory-focused research.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing multiple quantitative research projects on a day-to-day basis
• Supporting fieldwork and recruitment management across UK and international projects
• Designing quantitative questionnaires, with guidance from senior team members
• Analysing survey data using Excel and SPSS
• Creating research outputs across PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Helping interpret complex data sets and turn findings into clear, useful reports
• Building knowledge of medical device regulations and healthcare research
• Contributing to wider company initiatives and process improvements

What they’re looking for:

• A degree, ideally 2:1 or above, preferably in a science-related subject
• Up to 2 years’ experience in market research, healthcare research or a PMCF-related role, although this is not essential
• Strong interest in quantitative research and data analysis
• Confidence working with surveys, data sets and reporting outputs
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines across multiple projects
• Experience creating questionnaires and preparing PowerPoint reports would be beneficial
• Experience in healthcare or medical device research would be a plus, but suitable alternatives will absolutely be considered
