Insight Manager | Quantitative Research
London | £40,000 – £55,000

We are seeking an Insight Manager with strong quantitative research skills to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality insights and driving innovation within the research space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of quantitative research projects, from brief through to final client presentations.
  • Assist in proposal writing, determining the best methodologies, and estimating project costs.
  • Design clear, well-structured questionnaires that meet client objectives, ensuring logical flow and appropriate skip patterns.
  • Analyze data to extract meaningful insights and present findings in visually engaging, story-led reports.
  • Manage client relationships and supplier coordination to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Use tools such as SPSS, Q, or similar for data processing and analysis, with the ability to work hands-on with data.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative research approaches, exploring new technologies and methodologies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an insight agency, with a focus on quantitative research.
  • Proven ability to design, manage, and analyze quantitative ad hoc projects.
  • Experience with data-processing tools like Q or SPSS, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, including supplier and client management.
  • Creative flair for making data visually engaging and accessible in reports.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take on a range of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to clients.
