Senior Business Development Manager | London (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join a fast-moving insights and consultancy team.

This is a predominantly new business role. You’ll be building and growing relationships with new and key clients, managing a healthy pipeline, and delivering on a personal sales target of £360k through a mix of new business, renewals and upsells.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and renewing existing client contracts – aiming for 90%+ retention.
  • Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and bring in new logos.
  • Leading on proposals, pitches, and commercial conversations.
  • Running product demos and helping clients see real value.
  • Getting out there – attending events, networking, and building your profile in the market.

What we’re after:

  • A confident relationship builder who knows how to win (and keep) business.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and CRM systems.
  • Someone who can explain complex solutions clearly and simply.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working at pace.
