What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Leadership – Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive exceptional strategic direction.
• Business Growth – Drive revenue by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and inspire a commercial team to success.
• Strategic Thinking – Develop retention and growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Sales & Pipeline Management – Oversee forecasts, pitches, and commercial opportunities to maximize impact.
• Industry Representation – Represent the company at key events, networking with senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in quantitative research across brand and communications and/or product innovation
• Strong experience with business development and account leadership with multinational clients.
• Strong ability to build and grow client relationships at a senior level.
• A results-driven leader with experience managing teams and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Passion for insights, data storytelling, and helping clients solve business challenges.
