• Solihull, hybrid – 2 days per week in the office, 3 at home.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Group Marketing team within a well-established financial services business as a Senior Insight Manager.

The Role:
This is a newly created role designed to put customer insight at the heart of decision-making.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team working across mixed method research, segmentation, social listening, CX and VOC programmes.

You’ll have the chance to influence stakeholders at all levels, collaborate with business analytics, and shape the way the organisation understands its customers.

No direct reports, you’ll need to be confident managing stakeholder relationships and driving action through insight.

We are open to researchers either from a market research agency or client side background.
