A top-tier digital media and advertising team is looking for a sharp, data-driven Senior Marketing Effectiveness Analyst to help unlock insights from one of the largest connected TV datasets in the world. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning raw data into business action, collaborating with both commercial and technical teams, and supporting some of the world’s biggest brands in maximising their media investment.

💡 What the role involves:

  • Shaping commercial and marketing narratives by turning data into clear, impactful stories.
  • Supporting advertising and media efficiency projects for major global clients.
  • Delivering bespoke insight reports, often focused on media performance and consumer behaviour.
  • Developing and automating dashboards, reports, and visual analytics tools.
  • Collaborating directly with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product.
  • Leading cross-functional projects across analytics, finance, and operations teams.
  • Applying advanced analytical methods (e.g., regression, significance testing) to answer real-world commercial questions.
  • Driving forward innovation in how media performance is measured and presented.

📊 Projects include:

  • Measurement of connected TV and digital ad effectiveness.
  • Deep dives into audience segmentation and viewing behaviour.
  • Cross-platform attribution analysis and marketing mix optimisation.
  • Insight development to support new advertising propositions.

Ideal background:

  • Solid experience in media insights, marketing science, or platform analysis.
  • Comfortable with connected TV (CTV), digital or linear TV media landscapes.
  • Strong track record of managing client or stakeholder relationships.
  • Able to explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Skilled in SQL, BigQuery or similar, with Python or JavaScript as a plus.
  • Experience applying statistical techniques to business problems
  • Degree (or equivalent) in a statistics-based subject such as Economics, Psychology, or Business with strong analytical components.
