We are looking for an experienced Senior Researcher to join an exciting NFP who are looking to expand their team of professionals with a mixed method researcher. They have been conducting research in the public sector since 1997 and have expanded to a team of around 25 people across the UK.

They work extensively in Education, Employment, Sport and Health & Wellbeing working with clients such as the Premier League, Sport England, National Lottery and Department of Education.

They are based in Leicester but are happy for someone to commute into the office once a month and will reimburse travel for these office visits. They offer a range of fantastic benefits such as up to 10% pension contribution, annual bonuses, enhanced maternity leave and flexible working.

The role itself is a mixed method position that will require good experience in the basics of both quant and qual, designing questionnaires and topic guides as well as moderating IDI’s and Focus groups. Alongside this you’ll be managing projects from inception to delivery of final products and line managing junior members of staff.

You’ll be managing large-scale multi year mixed methods research and evaluation projects working directly with clients, managing expectations, timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered to the quality expected.
