We’re looking for an experienced (Senior) Research Manager to lead bespoke research projects across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, working with major Pharma and Biotech clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and contribute to complex research projects, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
• Oversee project logistics: liaise with suppliers, keep the team updated, and maintain seamless communication.
• Design key project materials, including screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides, with minimal senior input.
• Lead client meetings on smaller projects, presenting debriefs and engaging confidently with stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality analysis and outputs with minimal senior guidance.
• Proactively anticipate project challenges and provide solutions to potential problems.
• Refine proposal writing skills and start managing junior team members.

• Knowledge of a wide range of qual and quant research methodologies.
• Proactive, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Confident in client interaction, with a track record of presenting and running client meetings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Eager to grow, mentor junior team members, and build long-term client relationships.
