Senior Research Manager – Pharma
London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)
£45,000 – £60,000
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke research projects across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, working with major Pharma and Biotech clients. If you’re ready to make an immediate impact and thrive in a dynamic setting, this is the role for you.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident running research projects from start to finish. You’ll help lead the delivery of complex projects, keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and make sure clients feel looked after and informed. That means handling logistics, working closely with suppliers, and keeping the wider team in the loop.
You’ll be writing screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires. You’ll also be taking the lead on projects, running client calls, presenting debriefs, and helping shape the story. On top of that, you’ll be producing clear, thoughtful analysis and project outputs, spotting challenges before they become problems, and finding smart ways around them. You’ll also start mentoring junior team members and sharpening your proposal-writing skills.
This is a mixed methods role, so you will know your way around both qual and quant methodologies, and you’re confident making calls and solving problems on the go. You’re great at managing projects and people, with a strong eye for detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset. You’re also keen to grow, both in terms of taking on more responsibility and helping mentor the juniors in the team.
What You’ll Get –
- A clear path for development, with real mentoring and support
- The chance to build strong client relationships and do work that matters
- A friendly, ambitious team culture that blends fun with hard work
- Competitive salary and benefits
