Senior Insight Executive – Retail Business

We are looking for a Senior Insight Executive with a strong quantitative research background to join an innovative in-house research team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced researcher to step into a client-side role with a leading UK retail brand known for being data-driven and technology-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quantitative research projects to gain deep insights into customer behavior and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with Data Science, Marketing, and Customer Insight teams to deliver actionable insights that shape business decisions.
• Conduct segmentation, customer surveys, and campaign evaluations to understand market trends and consumer needs.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to support business growth.
• Develop and refine research methodologies to ensure the highest quality insights are delivered.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in quantitative market research, either from an agency or in-house role.
• Strong expertise in running surveys, segmentation, and analyzing customer data.
• Experience in mixed-method research is a plus, but the focus will be on quantitative insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business strategies.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
