💰 Up to £110,000 (dependent on experience)

Ready to shape the future of leading food & drink brands? Join a vibrant, fast-growing, independent agency as Strategy Director, driving growth and innovation for major FMCG clients.

You’ll be reporting directly to the CEO and playing a key part in shaping the agency’s next chapter.
 

  • Lead projects and inspire teams, ensuring top-tier client communication and efficient delivery.
  • Drive strategy across two of their biggest client accounts; both household names in FMCG.
  • Facilitate workshops and mentor junior staff, continuously improving formats and outcomes.
  • Build trusted client relationships, driving account growth and unlocking new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creatives to define strategic direction and maximize project impact.
  • Champion new business, leading pitches and expanding into new sectors.
  • Support agency growth and culture, while crafting your own long-term career plan.
