$150,000 – $200,000 base salary (OTE potential over $250k)

We are partnering with a leading global strategy, and innovation agency with offices in Chicago, London, and Vancouver. Their team of brand experts, strategic researchers, idea generators, and cultural anthropologists deploys cutting-edge techniques and marketing models to solve complex challenges for top-tier clients in branding, marketing, communications, and product development.
We are currently seeking a Director/VP of Growth to spearhead their business development and growth plans. This newly created position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the agency’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing strategic sales initiatives to maximise lead generation and revenue growth in Market Research and Brand Consulting.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing processes to identify and penetrate new market segments across the US, UK, and Canada. You will lead the revenue generation team in developing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns, cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, and utilise advanced analytics and digital tools to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in selling multi-method Market Research Solutions, including qualitative, quantitative, and advanced analytics methodologies. You should have a proven track record of successful direct-selling experience with >$1MM++ annual new business quota attainment and strong leadership skills to drive and mentor cross-functional teams.
