Wishing you a Happy New Year!

The end of another year and time for reflection. It’s been a good year at ENI, we’ve grown as a company bringing in new clients, taking on ever challenging briefs and hired two new consultants (with a third starting in Jan). And of course we’ve made lots of placements.  The diversity of clients and candidates is greater than ever. Here’s just a snapshot of our year:
Consultancies of all types are rapidly growing their insight capabilities.  A few of the many placements we made in this area include helping a brand consultancy hire their first Research Director, finding a Strategy Director for a growth consultancy, and hiring 4 consultants with one small but rapidly growing innovation consultancy.  We currently have vacancies with design consultancies, management consultancies, behavioural economics specialists, and strategy consultancies.

The other area of massive growth is the media, digital and communications sector. Placements in this area include helping a brand and communication agency hire a Research Director in South Africa, recruiting a very wide range of research and data experts for media agencies (we’ve learnt what programmatic is), helping a pre-eminent advertising agency hire their first UK researcher, recruiting a Media Planner for a global brewing company and help a world famous PR agency grow their team.

There’s the clientside of course including recruitment for our favourite retailer, helping a national fast food business grow it’s analytics team, graduate recruitment for clientside insight teams, and various specialist innovation and shopper roles.

International recruitment includes a Director to head up an office in Melbourne, a Qualitative director for an international insights consultancy in Singapore,  and developing and Insights team for a leading FMCG manufacturer in France.

Last but definitely not least are the research agencies,  if recruitment is a gauge it’s been particularly good year for many or our innovative younger and smaller research agencies.
