As 2023 comes to an end, we’re reflecting on some of our highlights across roles filled and clients worked with.
Every year, we see a rise in the number of female placements, and this year, we have worked with more candidates from underrepresented groups. Our clients are taking huge steps to improve DE&I in the profession, and we love being a part of that journey, supporting and working with them to do so.

Now, we’re not done yet. In January our 2024 Salary Report across Insight & Analytics will be published. This highlights how salaries have changed, along with benefits and bonuses, the difference in salaries across different regions, company types and role levels.
