For clients who want to work in partnership with ENI for exclusive access to talent, adopting a comprehensive search approach. This requires commitment at the front end from both parties and gives you access to the full package – including detailed market insights, access to exclusive talent and pre-agreed competitor headhunting.
Exclusive
For clients working with ENI as a sole recruitment partner with no upfront commitment. We will work with you to find the right person, providing a dedicated resourcer and account manager. This includes weekly reporting on progress, and access to ‘featured’ advertising to reach a wider talent pool.
Essential
For clients working with multiple agencies who want CVs, or new clients that want to try us out before committing. ENI will support you with advertising and screening applicants that fit the profile.
Project based (Temp/PAYE)
When projects hit or employees are unavailable, this could be the perfect solution. We offer immediate access to our temporary talent pool, managing the entire process for you; time sheets, reference checks and right to work checker (Trust ID). Workers are paid monthly via ENI’s payroll, avoiding the need to use umbrella organisation.
Project based (Contract)
We offer immediate access to our contract and Ltd Co talent pool, covering your urgent needs. We support with all the necessary paperwork, including proof on insurance, Ltd company and contractor personally, key information document, assignment schedule and self-billing agreement. ENI pay the contractors as agreed in the contract.
Subscription
Our subscription model allows us to offer long-term, continued support to help scale teams and support ongoing needs. This is perfect if you’re building out a team or making a 5+ hires. This is an all-access package in which we also build you your own community of talent.
